Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to all provinces within the Republic of South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation, subject to stock availability. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery across South Africa typically takes 2-4 business days from dispatch via our express freight partners. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they depend on courier operations, your location, and factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Fees

A flat-rate express freight fee is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete payment. We may offer free or discounted shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Signed-in customers can view live order status from their Account Dashboard. Guests can check status anytime via Track My Order using their order number and email address.

6. Risk and Title Transfer

Risk in the goods (including risk of loss or damage) passes to the customer upon delivery to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please inspect your parcel upon receipt and report any visible damage or discrepancy to us within 48 hours.

7. Failed or Incorrect Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout. G1 Healthcare is not liable for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. Additional redelivery fees may apply in such cases.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, extreme weather, strikes, or other force majeure events (see also Section 16 of our Terms and Conditions).
